I don't think it is a sin... but then my parents are divorced. I'm 34... back then (in the seventies) I was the only kid in my entire elementary school with divorced parents. This was a really big deal, as we live in a very Catholic area... it was even worse when my mother remarried.
Gather the evidence and make your own choice. It is rather confusing! Personally, I think people get married too easily... maybe because marriage isn't a permanent institution any more. Regardless of the reasons why, I think I'll continue to avoid them both!

The only official sins are the 10 Commandments. So, adultery is a sin. Divorce, which is never mentioned in the Commandments, is not.

Yes it is a sin...it says it in the Bible...the only thing that would classify as divorcing without sinning is if one of the spouses was involved in an affair.
