To catch Jiriachi, theres two ways to get him. You can download him from the bonus disc those who preordered XD or you can find him on Pokemon Channel.

u know the white rock in front of the space center going to the space center and the scince guy will say 60 succsfull lanche's when it hits 100 go to the white rock then it should say jirach has apperad.

First, you lay down on the floor and do 4235324 situps. Or so.
Then, you reset your game 10 times.
Afterwards, turn on your computer and search for a walkthrough on capturing said pokemon.
