Pre Term labour is definitly a possibility, but like a previous poster said the doctor will try and stop it anyway. The closer the baby is to your due date the better. If you are having an increase in discharge, severe cramping and/or an odd ache in your back, or your leaking fluids go see your doctor. These are signs of pre-term labour. The pressure you're feeling is normal, although babys don't usually engage before you're in labour with subsequent pregnancies, it's still possible. I blame the pain when you walk on the lovely relaxins your body is producing. All and All I wouldn't worry but definitly pay attention to those signs of early labour and talk to your doctor if you're worried or stressed about it. :) Good luck!!

No calm down , you will be ok, if the doctor doesnt want you to be in labor they will try and stop if and if they can't just remember each week you go is better for your baby, i had my first at 30 weeks and he was in the NICU for 3 months, i am pregnant again and i have to have a stitch put in my cervix, it doesnt sound like you have any of the problems that would go with preterm birth so i am guessing you will be fine. good luck to you though

I wouldn't worry! Your baby will come when he/she's ready. All kinds of changes go on when birth is close. Relax and enjoy all that is going on. It's so exciting!
