Is there any way to fix wool pants that I mistakenly threw in the washer and they shrunk?

Unfortunately you cannot 'unshrunk' shrunk. If you didn't wash them on hot, and there is just a small amount of shrinkage, you can try to iron them, to relax the fibers. Other than that I am afraid they are a loss.
