Every news talk show on the cable networks has either a rightwing bias (e.g. O'Reilly, Tucker Carlson, that ex-congressman on MSNBC who killed his intern, etc.) or pretends to be balanced but is actually rightwing-biased.
An objective study of guests on the Sunday talk shows by the non-profit group Media Matters found that Republicans and conservatives consistently outnumbered liberals and Democrats virtually every Sunday on every show.
Almost every radio talk show in America has a rightwing bias, e.g. Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity.
Fox News admits their rightwing bias, so there is no question there.
The only part of the media that has any liberal bias is some of the entertainment. Occasionally a liberal viewpoint gets expressed on a sitcom by a comedic character.
Jon Stewart with the Daily Show and Keith Olbermann at MSNBC are not afraid to express a liberal point of view at times, but they also frequently bash Democrats.

To the guy above me here... obviously the question is referring to the United States of America..
Honestly..
you need only follow the money trails of the big networks to know where their loyalties lay..
and the argument that a "liberal" news room or reporter could singlehandedly skew a news story or editorial is preposterous...
let me ask any of you ... if your boss told you to do something specifically but you did what your conscience told you to do instead, repeatedly, let's say over a seven year period, how long would you continue to collect a check?...
there is no true left bias in main stream American media..

That depends.
Coservative and Liberal are relative points of view. Specially when you put them in use on such a large scale. America is a continent with 37 nations in them, every conceivable political establishment operating within it, from the dictatorship in Cuba to the Democracy of Canada, from those that have the assertiveness of declaring preemptive wars like the ultra militarized United States to the neutral and disarmed Costa Rica. What is liberal in one part of America would be ultra conservative in another part of America.
