what are they going to do about it? Fight us? It would be nice if they WOULD fight us directly for a change, instead of sending kids with bombs strapped around their waists to do their dirty work for them.

Good question. Although still showing a bit of your usual contempt. The thing is they are fueling it. They are a network of countries run mainly by dictatorships and kings, so are fearful of allowing a democratic style of government to take firm root in one of their larger countries, since I'm sure their are a few countries in the Arab Nations that are a form of democratic government now. But a bigger nation would show that democracy can work in a Arabian nation and possibly would undermine their own style of running their countries.
There are some well run countries in the Middle East where all the people in that country benefits from oil production and not just the dictators and kings. And if more Middle eastern people learn that, there could be major uprisings in the countries that only the dictator or king profits from Oil Production. Especially if there is a huge gap in how the people live versus how the dictator or king lives.
(France during the French revolution is a prime example.)

The situation in Iraq is driven by sectarian violence. The Arab Nations themselves are torn along religious lines, so for any of them to get involved in any direct way could be a spark to put the whole region into chaos.
One of the problems in the region is that the borders established at the end of WW1 did not take into consideration tribal, religious and other ethnic factors. No one seems willing or eager to make any territorial changes and for good reason: imagine the United States being realigned along the border of the original aboriginal inhabitants. It would take decades for the dust to settle and a new balance of power to be reached.

What do seriously expect the Arab nations to do? They have already stated their opposition to American military presence in Iraq. Beyond that, what can they do? The fiasco didnt exist before the invasion, and will continue after the pull-out.

For the same reasons that it happened in the first place.
A weakened Iraq will be easier to control and take advantage of.
Profit started this war and all those in the region are hoping to profit from it once the hostilities end .......if ever.

The are making profit off of it, selling ammunition to the insurgents, and selling fuel to the US military. Also what do they care? If America wins the region will be unstable, if we lose Iraq the region will be unstable, so why involve themselves directly?

Because they all want to sit back and reap the spoils of war. They are the war mongers, not the Coalition forces.
