I think it is mostly young punks who have no idea what Longevity means. They live for the moment. They want to get paid today but don't make any plans for tomorrow. I could go on and on but I don't have any time for their mess

I don't think so at all. I've lived in Boston for ten years and there is no one ethnic group that is responsible for committing all of the crime. The crimes tend to happen in certain areas of the city, like Dorchester as you mentioned, but also Roxbury and Jamaica Plain. From what I see on the news every night, much of it is gang related.
