Overall this is a pretty good deck. ^__^
-3 Giant Rat
+3 Nimble Momonga
Giant Rat really has no purpose in the deck other than to bring Spirit Reaper out. At least with Nimble the monsters are summoned in facedown defense mode and you gain life.
-3 Troop Dragon
+3 Dekoichi The Battlechanted Locomotive
You have Treeborn Frog already. That's really all the tribute fodder you need.
-1 Twin-Headed Behemoth
+1 Cyber Dragon
Always run 3 Cyber Dragons or none at all.
-1 Swords of Revealing Light
+1 Pot of Avarice
Swords of Revealing Light is a better side deck card. Pot of Avarice buys you a few more turns and lets you draw cards.
-1 Lightning Vortex
+1 Last Will
Lightning Vortex is never as effective as you'd like it to be. :o(
-1 Sakuretsu Armor
-1 Dimension Wall
+2 Fissure/Smashing Ground
You need some effective Spell monster removal.

I think that your deck is only ok, because it doesn't really seem to have a flowing theme. just a lot of random but decent cards not a whole lot that works well in support of each other. But you do have some nice cards in the deck, I just don't think that they go together well.

i would take out the dimension wall and the mystic swordsman lv2 unless u put higher lvs in other wise wicked deck

It seems to be pretty good deck, but just in case make sure you put in some higher lvl mystic swordsman
