and its about a guy she likes and one of her close friends would you tell her or not cause it would hurt her feelings

or did they just tell u "don't tell her"
I would keep my promise, but if you didn't make one, then

im guessing the guy doesnt like her? its better to tell her.
there is no point letting her think she has a chance when she doesnt. it wont hurt her feelings as much as if she finds out what all her friends knew!
its not a life or death situation, it will be forgot about very soon if you do decide to tell. and your best friend will really apreciate you telling her!
maybe explain this to your other close friends before you tell your best friend other wise they may not understand why u did it when they told you not to.
if you were in your best friends position, wouldnt you want to know the truth???????

If she'll find out by herself eventually, then I'll leave her to figure it out. If you tell your best friend, then her close friend might begin to totally hate you and your best friend will get hurt anyway. However, if you feel like it's totally necessary to tell her, then I think you should, if not, then leave her to find out and do something about it.

Ask your self what is going to hurt more her finding out from you or finding out from some other person and finding out as well that you knew all along. You are just doubling up on her pain

I think you should tell her she's your best friend. If you don't then you might cause problems in your friendship.

I would honor my commitment that I made to whomever about keeping my mouth shut....if u cannot honor that commitment in the future do not say you won't tell anyone.
