I like evalynn grace, good for a little girl, good for an old lady. So long as evalynn sounds good with your last name also. Doesn't lend its self to being made fun off.
Boy side, I like Lucas Ely.
My only suggestion is don't give a name that you know right away you're going to shorten. If you want to call a child Will, why not just call him Will? Elijah might be hard for the child to spell when he starts school.
It sounds like you like christian names or more old fashion names. Very classy.

I must say, aside from Lucas I don't much like the selection. Two things I really believe in are:
1] Names that have been names for more than the last few years - and
2] Names that a kid can easily learn to spell when they are the AGE when you learn to write. That leaves a lot of the list out.
I understand wanting a unique name for your child, but think about how names will wear over time. Will McKenzi be a good name for a 70 year old woman? Go for something that will last.
Names I like
Girls:
Lenore
Katherine
Vivian
Boys:
Daniel
Seth
Evan

I love Evalynn Grace. The name Zoey Brooke is the same name as that girl on the Nick show Zoey 101 so, I don't like it that much...
I don't like any of the boys name you hard picked out. I would choose Austin, Ashton, Jason, Trevor, Zachary, Ethan, or Christopher ( call him Chris for short)
Just my opinion though..

Evalynn Grace - Is the pro. Ee-vuh-lyn or like Evelyn ? I don't like this because it seems too made up. Grace is nice but is so common as a mn. What about Grace Evalynn ?
Mckenzi Lyntte - Mckenzi is really nms. It's so masculine and trendy and this spelling isn't too visually appealing at ALL. Lynette also isn't that great imo. It seems very dated.
Kaydence Marie - again Kaydence is really trendy especially with the C changed to a K and a random Y shoved in the name. Marie, again, is filler.
Zoey Brooke - Zoey is way too cutesy for a grown woman especially w/the Y taked on the end. Zoe looks better imo. Brooke is ok.
Elijah Duane - Elijah is nice. It's not trendy and is not overly popular which is good. Duane is nmsaa.
Lucas Ely - Lucas is nice I perfer Luke though. I'm not really sure about Ely. Is it pronounced Ell-ee or EE-lie ?
William Charles - this is wonderful!!!! William and Charles are both very nice, handsome, timeless classics. They will never go out of style or be dated and age very well into adulthood but also fit a baby and child. William has many nns too such as Will, Billy, Bill, and Liam.
Breyden James - Again this is very trendy and the spelling is pretty bad. He will have issues all his life. Why not Braden ? Or is this pronounce a different way? James is wonderful. It fits into the category with William and Charles.
Some names I like are....
Joseph (nn Joe, Joey, Joejoe)
Charles (nn Charlie, Chase, Chaz, Chuck/ie)
William (nn Will, Billy, Bill, Liam)
Henry (nn Hank)
Samuel (nn Sam, Sammy)
Nicholas (nn Nick, Nicky, Cole, Nico)
James (nn Jamie, Jim, Jimmy)
Benjamin (nn Ben, Jamin, Benji, Benny, Jamie)
George (nn Georgie)
Jacob (nn Jack, Jake)
Matthew (nn Matt, Matty)
Oliver (nn Ollie)
Jasper (nn Jas)
Ezra (nn Ezri, Ezzie, Ez)
Catherine (nn Cate, Catie, Cate, Ren)
Margaret (nn Maggie, Margie, Margs, Mollie)
Mary Elizabeth (nn M.E., Mollie, Mimi, Mia)
Eleanor (nn Ellie, Elle, Nora)
Josephine (nn Josie, Jo, Fifi, Sophie)
Lucy (nn Lulu, Lu)
Annabel (nn Anna, Annie, Belle, Bella)
Emily (nn Emmy, Milly, Em)
Lydia (nn Liddy, Lila, Didi)
Stella (nn Ellie, Ella, Elle)
Matilda (Mattie, Milly, Tilly, Mia)
Noelle (Elle, Ellie)

I like them all but two: zoey brooke, and william charles. NONONO!!
here are some more to think about
Victoria, Alexis, Sheila, Keira, Lorin, Angel, Rachel ////
Ellis, Austin, Brandon, Shane, Tyler Wade (my cousin name)
I think Wade is a good middle for girl or boy. When I thought I was pregnant again my husband wanted Richard Drake Moore,
I wanted Ellis Drake Moore. But false alarm!! yippi! I'm done making babies. I have a 13 yr old girl and her name is Pamela Jestine Moore. Her nickname is Jessi. Good luck

I like these better Buhrns Kneicg, Hsberjx Vrayd, Farbgp Vds for a boy. for a girl Gvars Gcku. Rhvayd Hjduabr.
I hope you get the idea. If you give a baby a screwy name he's stuck with it for life. Every time he gives his name, he'll be asked to spell it. He'll be asked what the name means, and what was it about him that his mother didn't like ?
