My laptop has 8 viruses. I scanned it about a week ago and i deleted them and they went to quarantine. I scanned again today and it found the viruses and it says they're in quarantine and when i go to the file that it's in it won't let me delete it.It says the access is denied. The viruses have done soo much damage to my laptop. They're all called Trojan.Dropper.

hi... just do this... first turn of the virus scanner or disable the virus scanner.. and then go to quarantine directory .. normally that directory is hidden. in each hard disk's partition u willl find the folder if u r using Macafee.. else in your virus scanner main window there should be a option that delete files from quarantine..

you can also set not to scan the quarantine folder..

option defer from one virus scanner to another.. i do not know which u r using...

in short first disable and try to delete..

hi! in many situations your antivirus will advise the final element so you might do. even however if it does not, which you should to quarantine it till you notice how your workstation works. each and every so often a scourge isn't "remoted" it could have replaced different data on your device. of course deleting it somewhat is ultimate yet then if it somewhat is related to different data your workstation ought to no longer artwork impressive. commonly I quarantine till i'm confident that each and everything is nice. If the virus is quarantined it can not harm your workstation...in case you do delete it, create a restore factor only in case...and remember that in case you create a restore factor or you bypass back to a restore factor that had a scourge, the virus will nonetheless be there. Oh...and one final element...in case you eventually be sure to delete it even yet it won't permit you considering the fact which you get the message that yet another utility is using that document or comparable...initiate your workstation up in secure mode, locate the an infection and delete it. in case you're nonetheless undecided seek for a patch for the virus and the patch will restore it. to try this you'll have the right call of the virus. good success!
