It's automatic spell checking. It underlines each mis-spelled word as you type.
You can turn off this feature from the main menu.... Tools -> Spelling and Grammar -> Options. Uncheck 'Check spelling as you type' if you want to disable this feature.

Hi, Anand. Misspelt words and alien words are underlined red. Microsoft Word ia a software prepared according to American English. The words that are not in use in the US are marked with red underline. For example, your and my names are Indian. These words are unknown to the people of US. When you type such words, they are noted with red underlines. Anyway, when you seek the help, the animated wizard asks you whether to retain the word as it is or it needs to be corrected. you can choose your option.

You have a habit of misspelling words. Microsoft Word has a feature that allows the user to identify when he/she has a potentially misspelled word in the document. The built-in dictionary allows the user to choose from options that are potentially proper spellings of the word. You can use this feature by right-clicking on the word and choosing your new spelling.

the font color has probably gotten changed. There should be a button on your tool bar that looks like an A. click on it and choose black as the font color. Also, there should be a letter B, I and U in the middle of the toolbar. These are the buttons for Bold Italic and Underline. If the U button looks like its "pressed" then click on it again. If you can't find the buttons, then you don't have the standard and formatting toolbars selected and you might have to get them first. There are also ways to do this through the menu buttons. If all else fails, use the Help bar and type in something like "change font color" and "underlining sentences."

I am having this problem in Facebook. Every word is misspelled and it s not because I can t spell. You people missed the boat with your answers (8 years ago). It s like when someone asks if your unit is plugged when it s not working. Obviously this has been considered and there is something wrong with the software. Shallow answers, my friends! Wonder why not a single one of your answers received a thumbs up?

If need to get signature of the 2 people, draw a table with two columns, write the names and titles inside the boxes. Hit the format command & select border and shading from the pulldown menu. Remove the side and bottom borders of table and leave the top border line, which will allow signatories to sign above the line.

If it's really bugging you, you have 2 options. Either become better at spelling and correct grammer usage or turn off spell check.
