It's about the royal family's response -- or rather, their LACK of a public response -- to the tragic death of Princess Diana.
Helen Mirren gives a terrific performance as the Queen, and Michael Sheen is equally good as a newly-elected Tony Blair, who finds himself in the uncomfortable position of having to INSTRUCT the Queen how to behave, so as not to damage the monarchy.
