no, masturbation is fine, as long as you have no problems with the pregnancy and you are allowed to orgasm.

It definitely WILL NOT hurt the baby at all, especially if your doctor has given you the okay for sex and masterbation. That baby is pretty cushioned in there, by amniotic fluid, and your womb. Your cervix also has a mucous plug to prevent things from going into your uterus.
The only thing I would refrain from doing in the water is actually having sex, because that can force air up into the uterus and cause an embolism, which is what someone was talking about earlier... BUT that requires the pressure from the man's penis pushing the air up! The shower head alone won't do that.

So enjoy yourself!

Depends on how you are masterbating with the showerhead and facet.

Orgasms during pregnancy are out of this world! Have fun!!
Just be sure that you don't get any water into your vagina. It can introduce bacteria that can harm the baby.

No you cant harm your baby that way, Nothing can reach your baby since your cervix is closed so by masturbating that way you cant harm your baby, But if a doctor advises you not to masturbate or have sex while pregnant i would listen to him becuase it can cause premature labour
