I had a miscarriage Dec. 2. I was only 6 weeks sooo I didnt need a d&c. My cycles were always 28 days before I got pregnant. I had no idea when I would ovulate after the m.c. so we just randomly had sex 5 times all month. I took a pregnancy test a week ago to make sure all of the hormone was gone from my previous pregnancy and it came out negative. I dont know when I should start my period and when to take a test and it be accurate. I have been getting light little dull cramps here and there for a few days but I dont know what that means. Any advice???

My period returned the very next month after i miscarried at 5 weeks (No d&c either).
You can test 19 days after the day you think you became pregnant.

Within about 4-6 weeks after the first day of the miscarriage your period should come back. If it doesn't - check with your doctor.
