I took ecp within an hour of it happening. I also took a pregnancy test before taking the pill becausemy period was already 6 days late and it said negative.

I highly doubt it... if you had a period and knowing you took the morning after pill I would say you don't have to worry. Some people get their period the first few months of pregnancy but its not the norm in early pregnancy.

no probably not. i have taken the morning after pill about 2 times in the past in your same situation and i never became pregnant. Take another test if you are un sure. good luck

I would say that it's HIGHLY unlikely that you're pregnant.
