with over 20 years of gaming... i've gone through my share of systems.

a few years back, my favorite could have been said to be the snes, though the ps2 is a close fight, because it can play DVDs. the playstation side started to win, after the multiple remakes of final fantasy games, and chrono trigger

however, i would have to put my DS at the top of the list now. nto only for the decent games that are on DS now, but also for the many great GBA games that are out there

so, my vote goes for DS

My fondest memories come from the N64 as everyone had one and we could connect 4 controllers up and play games til the early hours of the morning. Some of the games are extremely well made like perfect dark and conkers bad fur day (both made by Rare).
I am enjoying my xbox 360 loads though, I've never played a game console on-line before and 360 does this brilliantly, almost no lag whatsoever. The fact that you can talk to a random person from Australia or somewhere is great too. And the wireless controller is a good idea.
PS2 was really good, plenty of hours spent in front of it, too much to recall well over a thousand anyway :O

personally the PS3 is the best because of the graphics and the ability to play PS2 and PS1 games. it is basically 3 systems in 1. but the N64 has to be a close second because it had amazing games when it came out

PS2 is the best that I have played. It's not only a game system, but a DVD player, and you can connect it to your computer. The controller is comfortable in your hand as well. I'm sure the PS3 is better, but have yet to try one out. PS2 is definitly the best so far.

I think my favorite of all time would be SNES or Dreamcast. It;s close. The Dreamcast was ahead of it's time. IMHO.
