I still have a "bitchin" denim jacket that I decorated with rhinestones and studs around 1985 or so. I was saving it to give to my daughter if I had one, but I had a son and it looks a little girlie on him.
Guess I'll have to save it for my niece. It'll be vintage by then...

wow you could get £1 notes??? I must have just missed that I was born in 1982. I had this mad hair accessory, it was a clamp with a big mad flower attached to it. My mates and I all looked like lilt ladies but we thought we were ace!!
