No. There are doctor-patient confentiality laws. They can't say anything to your parents. But if you are that young and afraid to tell your parents, maybe there is a good reason they don't want you having sex. Not only because of the obvious pregnancy, STDs and AIDS but what about waiting for love, until you are emotionally stable (which you aren't as you are afriad to tell your parents) and maturity. You do realize the guy you are having sex with will be dumping you soon and your reputation may be at risk if he tells everyone. I don't understand why you young girls are out doing this, especially since you have so much to lose. You have the next 60 years to ruin your life and act like an adult. You only have your childhood once. Why not enjoy it? Trust me, 10 years from now, you'll look back and wish things had been different. Remember that, because it will happen.

No.
BUT if they find something that is detrimental to your health, say a life threatening STD or pregnancy, the doctors may tell your parents that, without having to say you are having sex. Your parents can figure our how you got a STD or pregnant.
If you don't want to get pregnant, or a STD, or your parents to find out you're having sex, ideally, abstain from sex. But if you choose to continue, USE BIRTH CONTROL.
For now, go to a Planned Parenthood clinic, to go get checked out. You don't have to tell your parents you're going for an appointment. But since you're under the age of 18, (I'm assuming), any pills/meds you need/want from the clinic, needs parental consent. Condoms from the store, does not.
Don't get pregnant...wait til you're married, accomplish personal goals, and then, make sure you're ready. Life is complicated. Don't complicate yours or a child's you're not ready to have.

They won't tell your parents that you're having sex, and I think there are even some STDs that they don't have to tell your parents about.
But it's important to be honest with doctors and nurses if they ask you about sexual activity. They're not just asking for the heck of it. It's good information for them to have so they can better help you.

They are not supposed to tell if you do not want them to but in some states doctors are allowed to tell parents if the child is underage and health risks are involved.

No, but if you are worried about your parents finding out, I would think your are too young to be having sex. There are far too many consequences when you are young and having sex.

YES! Leave sex alone before you get yourself into something you can't control. I'm serious. I watched it happen to a few friends and it was not pretty.

Confidentialty laws prevent a doctor from releasing information without your consent.
That doesn't mean, however, that you should be doing it if you have to ask this question.

They are not supposed to. Anything regarding your checkups should be protected under patient/doctor confidentiality.
