I see old grandmas with them, but i see younger people with smooth necks. I am only 18, how do i get rid of them???

Try some creams or lotions with Alpha Hydroxy Acid (AHA). It's good for getting out wrinkles, evening out skin tone, and lightening scars.
Some inexpensive products can be found at www.alphahydrox.com, but sometimes you can find their stuff in drugstores. I recommend the 12% AHA souffle. Walgreens has a generic of that product, which works fine.

You're suppose to put lotion on your body and neck everyday and you have to massage the neck in an "upward" position so that the wrinkles and lines go away

U should get some medication soap and scrub your neck two times a day
