PS- I already have pop-up blocker on my computer.

You don't want to contact them. You want to update your
virus signatures and probably install a trojan/spyware
scanner in addition. Contacting them is a pure waste
of time, energy and probably money.

No. Do you really think you can stop that from appearing on one little computer? That's like finding a spammer. You won't be able to find this crap. Get a better popup blocker or run several. I have Internet Explorer's running as well as Google. I don't have popup ads like that.

You most likely have a virus or spyware infection. Deal with that and the popups will go away.

well, i have netscape 8.1 and in the "tools" security section it has a pop-up blocker that totally blocks everything except the page.
