You need to start keeping track of all of your expenditures. This way you can keep your checking account balanced. It's really not your bank's fault that your checking account is overdrawn. You're spending exceeds the amount of money you have.

No stop writing checks. The bank will gladly refund the carges if it is their fault but in most cases it is not. Sorry to say. You are responsible for keeping track of your account.
