I can start the computer(Good! this is why I replaced it), but Windows won't start at all, now... it says that file win32.sys is currept or something...and I can go into safe mode...but no idea what needs to be done to solve this issue...Please help...

XP remembers hardware so you may have to reinstall, reinter your Windows Serial Number for it to be checked. I would try repairing (one of the options during reinstall) first though, Good Luck!

Any time you replace a motherboard on your computer, you should reformat and reinstall Windows. There are lots of specific drivers and such that are installed for your machine to run properly, a lot having to do with your motherboard. The best performance you will only get from the new motherboard if you reinstall.

you will have to format and reinstall windows xp if you have changed your motherboard, I changed mine a few days ago and had to reinstall mine.
