Dont even bother. If they dont get it they never will. Just laugh quietly to yourself at their incredible stupidity.

Firstly- "singlemom's" answer (the first one) is pretty scary. If you use that- you'd definately let the world know that you're a bigoted moron. And they let people like this raise children? Golly- you think her kids will grow up hating Jews?
Secondly. If you are against the state of Israel, it doesn't mean that you are an anti-semite, or hate Jews, however- it's pretty likely. So- start with asking yourself how your really feel about Jews... and then respond to the 'anti-semite' phrase honestly. What would your honest answer be?
No- I'm not an anti-semite... but I think that ....

Ask the Pizza guy.. I agree!!
Lots of people confuse between being jew, and israeli. Being anti-Israel doesn't make you anti-semite, that's just something used by israelis to gain more sympathy, etc. there are jews who dont sympathy with Israel, even some moved from there because they couldn't bear wht is hapening thier. If you are jew, then you know that religion came from God, while israel came from some where else!

Being critical of Israel is fine.
Claiming that it's the Jews fault that Muslims are so poor, or that there was never a Holocaust, or that Jews control the entire world, all without one shred of evidence, is simply anti-Jewish propoganda.
And Arab people are semitic as well. They are both from the same ethnic background.

Huh?
It appears the best way to report the story, is to use the national or polictical names
The Isreali military killed many innocent Lebanese civilians while hunting down the Hezzbollah militia.
Using Jewish, Zioinst , Muslim and other religious words make in Anti-Semite
Treat the story as battle over real estate, not ideas or religion

I have criticism for Israel, and have never been called 'anti semite'. Perhaps you are unaware of the power of your words, like saying that 'there is no substance to american women' from a previous question you answered.

Well, first... if you're critical against Israel, it does not necessarily make you anti-semetic. That's like saying, "You got into a fight with a guy who is black. That makes you racist."
Second, what is the victim phrase you're talking about?

"Because we must never forget, we must try to find a way for peace for all. Blindly supporting one country, or one religion, is the battle that must be fought continuously -- else we will forget that the monster who was Hitler demanded blind support for one country, one race, one religion. By opposing a country's policies in order to promote peace and justice, even if that country is Isreael, is to honor those who were massacred, lest their deaths mean nothing."

How about: "That is right, we might be anti-Semitic because we criticize Israel but we are also ignorant fascists who do not understand history."
Try that; I think that will work fine for you.

The standard retort is to call them a "zionist"
A zionist is merely someone who believes in Israel's right to exist
