Well, technically it's not Frasier. It's Kelsey Grammer the actor who played Frasier singing the song.
Kelsey Grammer has five Emmy's for playing Frasier Crane and is the first actor in television history to receive multiple nominations for playing the same character on three different series (Cheers, Wings and Frasier).
Great voice too, very distinctive when he lends his voice talents to a character in an animation or as a narrator.
