That depends on where you live. There has been lots of snow in places that don't normally get alot of snow, and vise versa. We haven't had a foot of snow in total accumulation in the last two years where I live (South shore of Nova Scotia).Very mild, wet winters this last couple of years.
Our weather systems are going through some very strange changes. It all has to do with our total disregard for our enviroment and the damage we as industrialized countries have inflicted upon it.This is a "disposable society" we live in today, the only problem is that we're also throwing out the baby with the bath water so to speak.

That's usually the case most years. The snow doesn't usually show up til January, February or even early March. However, it IS cold enough - or perhaps it's just the biting wind that makes it feel cold.

Yes I did as I hate the snow and won't drive in it. It is only nice when I don't have to go out in it
