Take some meds, drink some fluids, get over the hangover, and go to work.

Oh do I feel your pain...I've been sick since Friday night. Ugh. If you need some NyQuil, I've got a little bit left. I'm getting slightly better now, but I fear that this creeping malaise is probably gonna stick around for the rest of the week just to annoy me.

yep. my voice is gone. I'm sitting at work listening to voicemails and writing out answers for someone else to make the call backs.
