That's a rule in being friends with someone. Just tell her that you let a stupid boy in the way and you're really sorry for it. Tell her that you two's friendship means a lot more than any boy in the world. Tell her that you messed up and you're really sorry.
♥ Friends forever, boys whatever. ♥

You can start by just saying sorry.
I don't suppose that any amount of explanation will help.
She might have a lot of questions for you.
Make sure that if she ever ask you to go on details about things that you never do. It won't help a single bit, she'll hate you more, as she'll be even more hurt, and you'll feel more guilty for it.
Obviously you shouldn't have done it.
But, well it's done.
Make sure you've learnt your lesson.
Good luck.x

you really cant all you can do is say sorry but know that sorry does not make the pain go away its a nice thing to tell people but many people think its the cure for the pain and its not you have to except that you wronged her and that she has the right not to forgive you now if she and you cheer together she does need to put her feeling aside so she can spot you and both of you are safe so if you need to talk to your coach explain the situation and ask for a three of you to talk but only about the need to put your feelings a side for safety reasons on the field and tell her you understand and respect her feelings towered you but that you don't want to cause physical harm to your self or anyone else so at lest for the team you both need to put your feelings aside for game times and practices

chances are you wont be with this boy forever as you are very young. so WHY do it?
you may have many boyfriends before you find Mr right but your best friend would have always been there for you.
she is very hurt, probably not because her boyfriend left her but more so because YOU took him. i dont think u can fix this unless u dump him, which you should do!
then explain to her that u relise what you did and dumped him because u dont want to loose her! tell her you will never do this again and if u are VERY lucky she might forgive you, if not well you kinda deserve that anyway.
never ever get involved with friends boyfriends, friends are worth more

SO what kind of best friend does that make you? Not a very good one to start and go to her and try to tell her sorry but she might just punch you in the face. So I guess to have you for a friend you SUCK don't you. I guess just wait till the next girl steals your bf and see how that feels.

For real, are you sorry...or just tired of getting dropped from the pyramid? If you really feel bad contact her and tell her what's up. If not and you really wanted her man, ask the coach to find you a new base!

You're not really sorry Sweetie, just wanting to smooth things over...there are some things we can put right & some we can't....this is I'm afraid one of those things you can't put right.....not without the good friend you chose to ditch for her b/f.
Some you win...some you lose.
When you finally grow up you'll learn that friends b/f's are out of bounds....at least until you know they've finished....you can't have both though.

If you were sorry (which i don't think you are) you should not have even stolen your best friends man, i think you deserved everything you got. Count yourself lucky that , this is all that happened 2 you. If you want to say sorry, then say sorry, and you will have to dump the guy. There's not question about it.

you know my best friend did what you did to me when i was 16... My doctor put me on anti-depressants because of it ...... you are the lowest of the low ... you shouldn't be saying sorry you should never have done it in the first place!!!!! you should break up with him if he could do it to your friend he could do it to you and i assume you have already said sorry to your friend???... if that's so i would leave it for a few months take her to one side and tell her that you know she will never want to be your friend again but you are sorry and wish you' d never done it and hopefully she is strong enough to get over it.....men come and go... good friends are hard to come by!!!!
