My friend was in a bad car accident while on the job and later that month he recieved a letter stating that he was terminated the day prior to the accident with no reason for termination stated in the letter. What recourse does he have?

He/she needs to get a good lawyer and contact the NLRB...National Labor Relations Board.....this called "Wrongful Termination" and most time the employer is NAILED HARD!!!!
My daughter was involved in a situation that was handled this way and was awarded 5 years of "potential earnings" and at $60 k per year...it worked out very well to the tune of $300,000.00 !!
