A team is not built on one player and they won't play him or trust him , also they are defending is shocking at the minute if tevez was at at top 8 side he would do better because they would get the ball to him.

If he was a regular in the team (and he's not!) West Ham would still lose matches, because they simply cannot defend, especially at set pieces.
