need help with my lexmarkz235 printer, i went thru troubleshooting?

i would like to know how i get it working, it all started when i got the internet. please help me

if you have not already tried it reinstall your printer using the disc you got with it, if its an older printer you my have to download an updated driver from the lexmark web site..the down load should be free, hope this helps
