Hi, can you recommended any good BEGINNER OR BASICS maths books for 2D game development, 3D game development and just normal computer science?

If you're going to do 3D game development, you'll need some fairly sophisticated math. Your best bet might be to enroll in some college level mathematics courses and have a strong foundation in Algebra, Trigonometry and Calculus 1 and 2.

You can always find books or tutorials on binary and hexadecimal arithmetic. That's fairly easy as the principles are similar; it's just the number base that's different. You'll also need to understand things like 2's compliment, but that's not hard either... just look it up on the web.
