Last weekend, I lost the championship because I started Ron Dayne and he didn't play. Is there a website that provides up to date information (or warnings) if players are unexpectedly out or replaced?

Dayne killed many of us. I read that he actually was announced as the starter in Houstons game though he never got a carry.

Yes. It's called Yahoo sports. Click league go to the bottom and click for advice on that week.

There are two experts that give you info that you need.

Although sometimes what I do is actually better then what they say. This is still what they do for a living. See what they have to say.

I heard Dayne got hurt on game day and it wasn't reported. I heard this but it could be wrong just what I heard. I'm not standing by that.

I know what you mean. I am not sure of a website that provides that information, but I heard that Dayne got hurt in pregame warmups and that is why he didn't play.

fantasyfootballguys.com is a great website for up-to-date info, but its a pay site for the most part. Aside from that, I'd just watch NFL countdown, they always know the scoop.
