i think t-mac is better becuz he knows how to make his team better and more importantly knows how to make his team win. kobe is too selfish and won't win much with this attitude. jordan had to learn the hard way then he smarted up and won 6 championships with the bulls. kobe won 3 championships with the lakers becuz of shaq.mj knows how to be a team player

Kobe is the best player offensively in the game today theres no comparison except for maybe gilbert Arenas as of late. T-Mac was awesome but he will never be what he was cause of injurys. Dwaye Wade is awesome and is a better team player than Kobe.

As much as I don't like Kobe I would have to say he is better. However if you replace Kobe for Tracy in LA with Shaq, Tracy would have won three championships too. Kobe would be great on any team but I don't think he will win another championship without another star.

To answer your question...It's Kobe, he has 3 rings, and T-Mac has never got past the 1st round. He's good though...But LeBron James is better than both.

Kobe has more skill and talent as an individual player, but T-Mac is more of a team player with skill and talent
