Looks good; you've got plenty of support from your spells and traps. The only thing I see wrong with this is that there's not much balance between your LV4 and lower monsters and spells/traps.
It would help if you put in Sangan and Treeborn Frog.

looks good and yes it can, smashing ground can get in ur way, remove it, u've got toomany cards, try 40. u got toomany traps, remove one magician cyrcle,nobleman, card destruction, last will, I think u can only have 1 exiled force, remove 1 magicians valkyria, here is my latest spellcaster deck:
