If they told everybody how to make their type of ice cream, then it would'nt be special anymore.

The best way to know is ask a DQ customer. Describe the taste, how does it compare to____.

It is probably a really ordinary way of making ice cream.

It is ice milk not ice cream. There is no cream in it that is why it is different

well the whipping answer is closest so far.....in fact the machine your iceream comes out of is an aerater....so while it is churning to make the icecream it is also adding air and fluffing it up more than typical icecream making machines....
