on the wheat farm about 10 miles from us. During the evening hrs, he is lonely and wants us to have dinner with him and play games like scrabble, or watch movie, after the movie, we head home. She is making him guitly to have us there. She wants my friend to be a friend to her. So his wife could remove my best friend (it is her husband) from me. The only thing that she wants is his money.

why is he eve letting a woman (his wife no less) who doesn't even live near him, have any say in his life? it's obvious that she doesn't want him to be a part of hers, so why does he let her do it? there really isn't anything you can do because the decision is up to him. if he wants to be under her control for the rest of his life, there is nothing that anyone can do about it. about the only thing you can do is talk to him and try to make him see how stupid he's being.

This is a test on your friendship. It's up to your friend to resolve this issue. I don't think it would be wise to play into his wife's control game. Your friend has every right to visit his friends, especially if his wife isn't there with him. Your friend needs to decide what's important to him. Hopefully he will stand up for himself and put her in her proper place.

Really didn't get alot of that, but he's married, you have to deal with that, thats a sacred bond, and even though she's mean, it doesnt give you the right to be with him, even if your just friends, he needs to either get rid of, or fix this with her.

How do you know? Maybe you should mind your own business and let them mind theirs?
