You can check the history and the temporary internet files, but if he's deleted them you really won't find anything to go on... If you are using internet explorer just go to tools, inernet options. You should see the information in there. One really great way to see what's up is to look at the index.dat file that is associated with his profile. A tool like "Mandiant Web Historian" works great at giving you time/dates and urls he's been looking at.

I've done that...it's just a combination of fantasizing and curiosity (I also have a scientific curiosity about human sexuality). I have no interest in cheating on my girlfriend, and have never done so. Moreover, I doubt that most of the beauties on those sites actually exist...they are posted to lure suckers in.
It's best to let this sort of stuff pass from your memory.
I would be more disturbed that your husband is reading your e-mail...that's creepy.

He may not have done anything yet, but is at the fantasy thinking stage. It is best that he stop going to these types of web sites. They are very addicting, and before long, your husband WILL act out on his urges.

Sounds like you need a marriage counsellor or a divorce lawyer, not advice here. You've got problems; this is only a symptom.

Part of marriage, is trust. If you are unable to trust that he's telling you the truth, I'd sit down and have a talk.
