Imperial occupations have never worked. The common people resist the will of other governments. It is a poor example of the freedom we are trying to bring. We send advisers to help and our ad visors set down our western ideal and the out come is foreign to the people and the public. They just do not get it and think we have an agenda even if we do not. It is a bad idea and it will never work..... However if a country ask I think some help is required. I think we buy stuff from the common public of that nation for a fair price. All our aid is suspect to their people, Most governments turn Aid into gain, and I do not mean for the people that need it.

It's none of our business. Let the foreigners kill one another all-out until they learn about it the hard way.
