First go tell your boss if you have not done so already? Next its not your fault how god created you and harrassment is wrong and illegal. get a small notebook and write down the times, dates and what was said you and if your boss does take the proper action,,get yourself a lawyer and also tell your parent or gaurdian because your minor they will have to assist you with the legal side of things. NO HAS THE RIGHT TO MAKE YOU FEEL INTIMIDATED OR UNCOMFORTABLE IN THE WORK PLACE. Take care of this problem today not tomorrow, By the way those guys who actually touch get the police involved in most states that is a criminal offense. In my state them touching you with out your consent would be called sexual contact harrassment and they could get up to 20 years in prison for this offense. good luck i pray things work out for you.

report them you do not need that kind of attention it sounds and if the guys are over 18 don't give them any more chances to harass you anymore than what they have done some guys get it in there head that if they like it when some one touches them like that or so on then girls like it and because you are well developed guys will almost always give you more wanted or unwanted attention then what you want so you like my self are going to have to deal with this crap for most of our lives but the first thing you should do tomorrow is tell your boss and if you boss does not believe you then quit and get a a good legal plan because that is sexual harassment and you do not need to be waking up pregnant one morning because of one of these guys or worse

i hope this helps you out a little bit or a lot

I agree with everything everybody else has said but have you thought about confronting them? I presume they are older than you so they are obviously taking advantage of you. You do not deserve to be treated like this. First thing tomorrow tell the manager or a HR officer/ manager. Then see if your shifts or anything can be swapped around to avoid feeling uncomfortable. good luck -x-

Because they can.

Tell your supervisor. If your supervisor is part of the issue tell the manager. Tell the owner. Tell your parents.Tell the next one who does that to you to stop. You deserve to be treated with respect. Do you understand that? Demand to be treated with respect.Quit your job - is that an option? But only quit if you cannot change the situation. Press charges. File a formal complaint.
All the best to you. I know it can work out for you.

Tell your manager NOW!!!!! Don't wait till tomorrow, call him NOW. This is sexual harrasment, and in your case - no matter how grown up you look you are sixteen and a child... If you manager is one of the ones flirting, call the Better Business Bureau!! Someone needs to put a stop to this. It is not your fault, even if you were pulling them on you litterally - they are older (and even if they aren't they still know better). This is work, not a bikini party, and you shouldn't feel exposed.

Inform the manager immediately. If it doesn't stop or if they cut your hours or fire you, then go to a lawyer. you would have a HUGE lawsuit. But - you have to document names, dates, times, details of what they said or how they touched you, and when you reported it to the Manager. When you report it to the Manager, also give him/her a letter stating your complaint, and keep a copy (with the date on the letter). You would need that for if it goes to court. Odds are they would just pay you off, if you have the documented evidence.

DO NOT TAKE IT LIGHTLY!

Tell your boss immediately! That is unacceptable and against the law for them to do that. Try telling them to back off, that might simply do it. The fact that they touch you and say dirty things is just repulsive, I would talk to a supervisoir immediately because that is not okay!

Ok, let me tell you one thing. What they are doing is SEXUAL HARRASSMENT. Before you do anything else, you need to tell them to STOP. If they stop then you should be fine. But if they don't stop, then you MUST go to your boss. By LAW is it your employers duty to keep you in a safe environment. But they can't keep you safe, if they don't know you're in danger, so you MUST tell them.

And if you're worried about your job...don't. It is illegal for you to be suspended/fired for claiming sexual harrassment. They can get into MAJOR trouble if they do.

Here is a link that will help explain this.

**Please remember that this isn't just touching you or trying to kiss you or whatever. This includes things such as: comments, jokes, innuendos, suggestions, and such. PLEASE, Please go to your boss and let them know what's going on. If you don't these boys could take it too far.

I had this problem when i worked in an all male job in catering years ago, i didn't do anything about it then because i had no confidence and I'm sorry now!

Go straight to your boss and tell them it's sexual harassment. Make sure they take you seriously and get something done about it!

You should have told your employer about this when it first happened. However now that you have told everyone else via this web site, and you have mentioned the name of the company you work for; I expect that some one else will have told him, before you get the chance to.
