It seems in this wierd year that any of the 6 teams in the NFC playoffs has the ability to win. Seattle might be the fathest. But teams like the Cowboys and Giants clearly have the talent to do damage if they get hot.. the Saints are not proven, and The bears have shown they can fold against good teams. Anyone agree?

The only team that even has a chance are the bears if the show up and the saints if they show up problem being the L.T. will always show up so its like any other sporting event we just have to watch and see but I think its an AFC super bowl winner this year and im going to say its going to be the Chargers

It would seam that while the NFC is very down this year, all 6 playoff teams don't have a realistic shot at making the SuperBowl. 4 of the six do. The playoff chances for each:

Chicago Bears: At one time, all Rex Grossman had to do was get out of the way of the Bear's defense. However, the D has been exposed for having weaknesses when playing from behind. The are a bit undersized, and when playing without the lead, they get worn down. They do have the advantage of home field throughout, but I don't know if they will even make it past the divisional game.

New Orleans Saints: This is a very daunting offense. Drew Brees would be the MVP if it wern't for LT in San Diego. They score with anyone and their D is the third ranked in the NFC. They can be beat, but this is the best team in the NFC right now.

Philadelphia Eagles: If any team can go into the Superdome and upset the Saints, this is it. The Eagle D can disrupt any O, and Jeff Garcia has a real hot hand right now.

Seattle Seahawks: This team is only in the playoffs because they are in such a poor division. This is a team that was swept by tthe 7 - 9 49ers. They have been terrible inconsistant, and they are missing Steve Hutchinson more than they would care to admit.

Dallas Cowboys: The glory days of Tony Romo seam to have passed. Although, he reminds me of a very young Brett Farve in that he is a gunslinger who will try to complete the most impossible of passes. The defense gives up to many long plays, and the overrated Roy Williams is a liability when he is more than 5 yards from the line of scrimage.

New York Giants: Another team that is only in because of the lack of other teams. Actually, this is a team that slid into the playoffs because of the first half of the season. Remember when the talk was about weather the Giants or the Bears were the class of the NFC?

It will break down like so:

Cowboys over Seahawks - Bill Parcells is good for one playoff win.

Eagles over Giants - The Giants aren't.

Cowboys over Bears - Neither is Rex Grossman

Saints over Eagles - Playing for all of New Orleans will be more than the Eagles can overcome

Saints over Cowboys - If you can't stop the pass, you can't stop the Saints. And Romo is too inconsistant to score enough to win.

Yep. No team has proven to be unbeatable. IT will come down to coaching and who is hot at the right time.
