I am a first year student,doing BCA from IP university,Delhi. i am a science student and my parents want to do BTech.
is BCA a good course when compared to Btech???
Which course should i choose, should I continue with BCA or prepare for B. Tech??
is BCA only enough, or should i do any other course along with BCA???

i don"t think wasting a year, and taking admission in B Tech is a right choice.
do well in b.c.a. it also 3 year course. then go ahead with either
Msc. computer sc
M.C.A..
PGDCA
Options u have ll be more than, wasting a year also has demoralizing affect.

Hi, Abha. It all depends upon your mental and financial preparation. BCA is of three years duration whereas B.Tech is of four years. B.Tech (Computer Science) is better than BCA from career point of view. If your intention to spend more money and time, then you can opt BCA which enables to continue for MCA. You would be a postgraduate in five years. My sincere advice to you is to choose better college that has facilities of campus selections. Think well and take an apt decision. Good luck!

i you are a sciene student then Btech will be easier to you but if you want to go in computer line you can do MCA after bca but all it depends upon what you want to do in your future.
