I would have to say "Yes". The relationship is a phenomenon called Deja Vu. Which has actually has been proven scientifically in many publications and journals as being fact. Some people mearly experience it clearer and more frequently than others. Another, closely related ability would be clairvoyance. The lucidity in dreams can actually be a gateway into a hightened awarness (along with meditation), so in respose to your question, again I say "yes".

I lucid dream as often as i can these days because lucid dreaming takes place in your subconscious mind and when you lucid you can do anything in your own mind it's kind of like having a holodeck from star-trek in your head because, Heck you can change any and every aspect of your appearance, heck anything you can imagine in your mind can happen in a lucid dream, also you can use your time in a lucid dream to speed up the learning process after all time seems distorted in your dream and with practise time can even be controlled in the dream, this mean if you have only 5 hours of sleep before a test and you lucid dream that very night, you can get the equivalent of 12 hours of study in when you lucid dream, also you can use lucid dreaming to help with deep rooted fears, for instance say you have a fear of curtain types of social situations like public speaking, you can simply create the situation in your mind were you feel safe and confront your fears in a controlled environment, as for E.S.P. and other PSIONIC abilities i can't say because I'm having to much fun living the dream.

I have found no relationship between dreams and extrasensory abilities.
Dreams are your subconscious' way of solving problems without bothering your conscious mind. While the situations may seem rather strange, they probably have at their root something that is bothering you or you suspect may bother you somewhere down the road. Once you arrive at a suitable course of action, you stop having dreams with similar themes. The answer is placed into your memory and when the root situation happens in real life, you will already know what to do.
Esp abilities primarily exist as perceptive aids. They give us a way to see things better, or to know things we would otherwise not know. People who have these abilities use them constantly, and like with sight, tend to ignore most of what they perceive. Dreams do not help with these abilities, although in the dream the individual may use them, as it is a normal part of their daily life.
For most people to develop any sort of extarsensory abilities is very difficult. You either have them or you dont. With many people they do not emerge until they are in their 30's or 40's, and by then they are already convinced it is bunk, so they never get honed to any useful level.

With Astral Projection you get into the Astral airplane direct out of your actual physique. once you have a Lucid Dream, you have merely 'ignored' the preliminary projection. they're merely 2 distinctive approaches of shifting into the Astral Realm. In the two case you're nevertheless extensive wide awake interior the Astral, in spite of the undeniable fact that, as there are levels of lucidity in dreaming, you're able to or won't be totally on top of issues of your adventure. yet it is quite no longer likely in an Astral Projection. there remains a distinction, no rely if extra uncomplicated or obtrusive. the version arises frequently as a results of framework you're shifting into from. in case you undertaking from the waking state, you're able to stumble upon some problems as a results of restrictive ideas carried with you that don't be conscious to the Astral, and require some prepare to conform with the hot environment. on the different hand, in a Lucid Dream, having familiar with the expansiveness of the dream state, you could now and lower back have the different undertaking, looking it stressful to hold a great wide awake concentration, and to that end 'dropping lucidity'. With prepare of direction, the two a style of would be conquer.

Not necassarily lucid dreams but when you are dreaming your mind looks at things in a more abstract way so it could perhaps enhance those abilities when you are dreaming but it wouldn't have to be a lucid dream.

I would doubt it, dreams are like hallucinations and are always based on your real world experiences. Nothing that happens in your dreams will be out of the realm of your experiences. They might feature very unusual combinations though.

Probably not. The powers you mentioned have never been scientifically proven to exist except for a number of fake claims.
