Is it up to the probation officer to get him out of jail he also goes to court on wed. Because i already placed the bond

You placed a bond for the charges he caught on 12/1 and 12/24 - his probation violation is a non-bondable offense.
Again - his *** is right where it needs to stay. Get a life and ditch the loser.
