Its got a Certificate of Authenticity Card and It's Brand New WITH the tags still attatched, priced at $425.00. I only want $100 or best offer but I have no idea where to sell a designer wallet without getting ripped off.

You are best to put it on Ebay, just really take good pictures of the tags and the price if you have it and the dolce and gabbana label and print inside the purse. Make sure you also state that it is 100% authentic.

e-bay or something like it, or a clothing store that sells used clothes. there are some that will pay you for your used good. and since it still has the tag, you'll probably get a lot for it. you should start by asking for more than just $100 though, or else you will be ripped off. start out asking for however much is on the tag.
