Do things besides humidity, hydration, and a rough surface have an effect

my knowledge there not anymore prone to it than any other snake. so all you can do is chill keep the cage humid and rough surfaces is good also you can also give it a bath if it comes down to it.

The ones I have known never had a complete shed- the owner had to help take it off no matter what the humidity. Get the piece of shed wet with water and just rub it off- should come off pretty easily.

yes so ball do have problem but also humidity, hydration, and a rough surface .. get a bowl big enough of water during the time of it's shed and leave it in the encloser for him to soak in ..

I don't know but i have a 4 ft long python and this snake never stops shedding! If it's not a full shed it's shedding everywhere else. I've had him over a year and he seems to stay this way

it all depends on the humidity it the humidity is low it will have problems, i wouldnt say that they are known for it, keep up the humidity and it should shed fine

Sounds like you just have a low humidity problem..
