I just saw some videos of it on YouTube and I was wondering what the show was about and where it took place. Is it like an American Idol of some sort?

It has the exact same theme like American Idol. Contestants audition in 3 category's: Under 25's, Over 25's and Groups. If they get through then they go through a "boot camp" stage and then onto the live show on British Television.

X-factor is basically a talent show for the talentless in the field of music.Just like american idol it was made to humiliate people and show it to the mass public and somehow they get the viewers hooked....maybe they all watch it on mute
Oh and American Idol comes from Pop Idol which was created in the UK.So for once america didn´t do anything wrong lol

x-factor is a show where people come to audition sor singing
they sing and the three judges decide if they could go in the next round.and you go to the semi-final and final
but its not the judges' decision on who is gonna win its the voters in england the one who wins the x-factor their song is gonna be number one in the pop charts

i concept Nikki became amazing and Im specific she wont bypass lower back to being a dinner lady! i think of all of them did nicely. Leon as you're saying couldnt end blubbing, perhaps it became as a results of fact he knew he had made some bum notes and predicted to be voted off and while he wasnt it became a huge ask your self to him. remember, he continues to be very youthful and this has been a existence changing journey. Im specific we havent heard the final of him. As for SD they're sturdy, yet how many props and circus acts can they use? they're exciting human beings and could bypass down ok in entertainment shows for families. Rhydian is very sturdy and he knows it. i'm hoping he sticks to opera making a song.Simon Cowell and guy flu? I dont think of so as he got here across ok in the previous, extra probably a gippy tum.
