You might struggle to get a 2003 model on lease now - generally, they only lease newer cars. What with the new Type R coming out this year, you may actually be financially better off buying a 03 Type R as prices are bound to come down.
Otherwise, you might be able to lease an 07 Type R when they come out?
Im afraid I dont know anywhere specific that leases the 03 model. I had an 02 Type R which I think you should be able to get for around £8-9k now. Thats got to be around £220 a month over 4 years.

Type R has a more powerfull engine as mentioned, uprated suspension, brakes and chassis. It has upgraded sports seats, a different Dash dial colour (Red instead of Blue) and a more sporty grill. It is a bit harsh on the ride but is a good value hot hatch on average £4000 cheaper than the GT +TDi VW although the VW diesel's are quite good. The Type S is available with the 2.2i-CTDi diesel 140bhp with 348Nm of torque 8Nm more than the VW 150bhp equivalent. The petrol 1.8 i-VTEC is a new Honda engine and is designed to be very fuel efficient for a 1.8 its like a 1.5 on fuel. The Type S is still quite sporty but the petrol does lack power a little, go for the diesel. Both cars come with VSA as mentioned also EBD (Electronic Brake Distribution), ABS (Antilock Braking System) and HBA (Hydraulic Brake Assist), So safety and handling isn't an issue. Hope this helps.
