No they would have to have mental problems or they are pedophiles. Why else would a grown woman check out a teenager. A teen can do nothing for a woman with a mature mind.

Sure. Its one thing to visually assess another person and decide if they are good looking or bad looking. Also, the general age when teenage girls start thinking teenage boys are cute is when the boys are about 13, 14 years old. At that age, they begin to look a little more mature and less boyish. While it may be illegal for any sexual contact to occur between a boy (or girl) of this age and an adult, the fact still remains that they are old enough to look attractive. As long as the adult does not make any attempts to engage in any sort of illegal contact, and does not say or do anything that causes the teenager to become uncomfortable, there is no problem.

That is gross! If a woman in USA has sexual relations with a teenage boy she will go to prison! USA is actually more strict than most other countries when it comes to sex with minors (under 28).

Sure - looking is not the same as acting. The line is crossed when any adult takes the next step and seduces a teen - then it's statutory.

sounds a little sick to me. Society usually thinks only men do things like this, but it's women also. It could fall into the perv category!!

I have always said the day you stop looking is the day you are dead.
Go ahead and look, but for your own safety, I would not advise doing anything else but looking.

I do not really think it matters. You can say a person is cute, handsome and mean just that. I see nothing wrong.
