Those stick on signal boosters do not work, your quality of signal strenth has to do with how good or bad the indoor coverage your provider has in the area you live and the quality of RF of your phone. A couple of things you can do, try a Nokia phone, Nokia's are known to be the best for RF but if your providers coverage is weak indoors in your area, getting a better phone still might not help. Since you get good signal outside but in your house its weak, you could invest in a Cellular or Mobile repeater - they DO work but are expensive, most people shy away due to the cost.
Cheers

You may be getting interference from a wireless land line phone. If you have one unplug the base units power and see if that improves your cell phones reception.

Go to www.cellphoneshop.net. They sell an item called an Antenna Booster. Works good and it's cheap. It's a little sticker that goes on the battery of your phone on the inside so it is not visible.
